Three Howard County students receive $500 scholarships from American Legion

Two Fayette High School seniors, Lacee Adams and Rahsaan Eubanks, and one New Franklin senior, Trevor Hook, each received a $500 scholarship from the Fayette American Legion White-Bell Post 273. Selection is based on leadership skills, extra-curricular activities, community involvement, scholarship achievement and financial need. Recipients also must have a family member who has been in the service.

Lacee will attend Moberly Area Community College with a major in art. Lacee is the granddaughter of Jerry Adams.

Rahsaan will also attend Moberly Area Community College with a major in psychology. His parents are La’Tonya Eubanks and Jessie Williams.

Trevor Hook will attend Central Methodist University and major in journalism. His parents are Frank and Donna Hook.
