CMU, Regional Radio renew agreement

All Eagles’ football games in 2014 will continue to be carried on the radio throughout Mid-Missouri and online worldwide following an agreement announced Monday morning between Central Methodist University Athletics and Moberly’s Regional Radio, a property of Digity Companies, LLC.

Starting with the Eagles’ season-opener at NCAA Division I FCS opponent Southern University in Baton Rouge, La., on Sept. 6, all Central Methodist regular-season football games will air on one of the four stations on their network. The majority of Eagles games will be carried on 99.9 The Captain with options to also broadcast on KTCM Glory 97.3, KRES 104.7 or KWIX 92.5 FM.

The Regional Radio family of stations can be heard throughout Mid-Missouri and online via and Regional Radio’s website.

Central Methodist and Regional Radio have worked jointly to broadcast Eagle athletic contests in multiple sports since August 2005. Central Methodist will continue as the official sponsor of live streaming sports on

“We believe in strong local partnerships, and CMU is certainly one of them, not only with Eagle sports but also with the various programs of the University,” station manager Les Tuttle articulated. “They have been especially gracious in their hosting of our Area High School All-Star banquets for both football and basketball. We’re excited to see what another year brings.”
