The Fayette Area Chamber of Commerce continues to seek membership renewals and new members according to Mike Dimond, president.

Dues are $100 a year for businesses and organizations and $50 for individuals.

The chamber plans to have additional after-hours socials so members of the local business community can become better acquainted. The next one will take place at Commercial Trust from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. July 15.

Current chamber initiatives include the upcoming Fourth of July celebration, sponsorship of the Art Show in concert with the Great Fayette Freeze off the first weekend in August and the citywide garage sale on Aug. 14.
Dues may be sent to Sandy Ivy at Commercial Trust.
