The motor vehicle contract license office in Fayette, which has been closed for the past month, will re-open Tuesday. It’s located on the second floor of the Commercial Trust Building, 119 N. Main St. The phone is 248-1107.
New manager Colleen Mahon has spent the last two weeks observing similar offices in California, Mo., and in Marshall.
Hours here are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. The office also is open the last Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and closed on Mondays.
