FAYETTE NATIVE Cory L. McCutcheon was the student speaker May 17 during commencement ceremonies for the College of Human and Environmental Sciences at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in personal financial planning.

The son of Toni McCutcheon and Lane McCutcheon, Cory is a 2004 graduate of Fayette High School and has accepted full-time employment with Edward Jones, Inc. in Columbia.
