It’s become a Labor Day tradition. This Monday at the Boone’s Lick State Historic site, local residents of all ages will converge for the sixth annual Boonslick Folk Festival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
More than 20 crafters and exhibitors will be on hand demonstrating 19th century skills and artifacts. There will also be refreshments and music. There is no charge.
New this year will be a parking lot shuttle for those who may be mobility impaired.
