John Thomas Irvin, of New Franklin, passed away March 3, 2013, at the Harry S Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia. He was 79.
John was born Dec. 1, 1933, in Kansas City, Mo., to John and Bonnie Lee Brackett Irvin. He married Bobbie Ann Jones on Nov. 24, 1957.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie of New Franklin; three daughters, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 9, at Firm Foundation Foursquare Church, 1000 6th Street, Boonville, Mo. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Burial will be at Centertown Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Firm Foundation Foursquare Church.
Arrangements are being conducted by Markland-Yager Funeral Home, New Franklin, Mo.
