Glasgow resident, Billy Nodder was killed as a result of a car accident Dec. 23, 2013.

William Joseph Nodder, III was born Sept. 9, 1984, in Independence, Mo., to William Joseph Nodder, Jr. and Suzanne (Morris) Nodder. He graduated from Glasgow High School in 2004. Billy worked as a Respiratory Technician for Community Medical Supply for eight years.

He is survived by his mother, Suzanne Nodder of Glasgow, two sisters, Kim Nodder of Columbia and Jeannie Nodder of Olathe, Kan., his grandmother, Leorah Morris of Glasgow and his significant other, Heather Hines of Glasgow. He was preceded in death by his father.

A funeral mass was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at St. Mary’s Church with Father Richard Frank officiating. A visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home in Glasgow with a prayer service at 8 p.m. Burial was in Washington Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to PAWS, in care of the funeral home.

Billy was a beautiful person!!! For years he took care of our parents oxygen needs even on his own time!!! He will be dearly missed by his clients!!! Our deepest sympathies to his mother, sisters and Heather in which he always spoke of with pride and love. Dawn Livingston & Doreen Campbell & the family of Doug & Dodie Manley
