Woodrow Foster died suddenly at his home in Fayette on December 26, 2013. He was 63 years of age.

Woodrow (Woody) Wilson Foster was born in Camden, New Jersey on June 24, 1950. He married Melody Rummerfield on August 26, 1996. He worked as a truck driver for the Columbia Food Bank for the last ten years. Woody helped those in need and would always put them first before his own self.

He enjoyed being outdoors and riding his Harley. He was a survivor of cancer and also of Woodstock.
Woody is survived by his wife, Melody of Fayette.

There will be a memorial service 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, at the Center Point Church in Columbia with Rev. Doug Phillips officiating.

That's too bad. Woody was a good guy. They are going to have to hire two drivers to make up for the work he would be doing. He helped me roof my house and I helped on his too. He will be missed.
