Mary Louise “Sally” Henke, 77, of Salisbury, Mo., died Thursday, August 7, 2014, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Mo.

Sally was born May 8, 1937, in West Glasgow, Mo., the daughter of Cornelius and Frances (Castrop) Sellmeyer. She married Ralph Henke on Nov. 22, 1956, at All Saints Catholic Church in West Glasgow, Mo.

Sally was a graduate of Glasgow High School, class of 1954. She was a homemaker and worked as a secretary for Bentley and Meyer Insurance in Glasgow, Widmer Insurance, Iman Auction and Realty, and Sho-Me Real Estate, all of Salisbury, Mo. Sally was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Salisbury, and the Altar Sodality. She enjoyed playing cards, growing flowers, baking and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Sally is survived by her husband Ralph of the home, a son Phillip (Carrie) Henke of Gillam, Mo., three daughters Pam (Dan) Roling of Armstrong, Mo., Pat (David) Henderson of Clifton Hill, Mo., Paula (Mike) Thies of Armstrong, Mo.; twelve grandchildren Aimee Henke, Anthony Henke, Caila Henke Linneman, Jennifer Roling Emmerich, Diane Roling Cooper, Mitchell Roling, Jessica Henderson, Jared Henderson, Colin Thies, Lyndi Thies, Logan Thies, Leah Thies; nine great grandchildren Maysen and Karson Henke, Ella and Clara Linneman, Tyler and Aubree Emmerich, Becket, Easton, and Miles Cooper, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Robert, Wilford, Norbert, and Arthur.

Visitation was from 4 to 7:30 p.m., with Rosary at 7:30 p.m., on Friday, Aug. 8, 2014, at Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury, Mo. Mass of Christian Burial is Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Salisbury with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Joseph School Foundation or the St. Joseph Cemetery Association.
