STUDENTS AND TEACHERS AT GLASGOW HEAD START say “Be a friend” all together Thursday. The motto is repeated in Head Starts all over the nation. Fully 16 students are enrolled in the Glasgow Head Start program which began in the Glasgow Elementary School Jan. 3. The all-day program can accommodate more children.
