After scoring eight runs in the final inning of game one, Harrisburg stayed hot for game two.

The Bulldogs put up 10 runs in the first two innings of a 12-0 three-inning win over the Fulton JV. Harrisburg won the first game of the double header 12-2 in four innings.

After dropping three straight doubleheaders to tough opponents in Boonville, Helias, and the Jefferson City JV, the Bulldogs were ready to light up the scoreboard on Thursday.

The Bulldogs got six consecutive singles from Anth-ony Alicea, Brayden Ott, Jonah Sanford, Logan Fritts, Trevor Smoot, and Travis Gardiner to take a 4-0 lead before an out was recorded in the bottom of the first.

Fulton scored two in the third, but the Bulldogs had the answer in the fourth. Alicea drove in two runs with a double to put Harrisburg up 6-2.

Ike DeMuth hit a two-out line drive with the bases loaded to score the final two runs of the game for Harrisburg.

Tyler Niemeyer had the walk-off hit in game two. His single scored two runs, bringing the 12-run rule into effect before an out was made in the bottom of the third.

Ott was 4-5 with five RBI for the day. Alicea was 4-4 and scored four runs in the double header and Sanford was 2-3 with one run driven in.

Alicea started and pitched two innings in the nightcap, giving up two hits and a walk. He recorded five of the six outs via strikeout. Smoot pitched all four innings of game one. He pitched around four hits and five walks, allowing just two runs with three strikeouts.
