To the Editor:
The Falcons for Facilities Improvement Committee would like to encourage a “Yes” vote on the April 4th Fayette Public School no-tax increase bond issue.
As Supporters of the Fayette School District and community we recognize that all students and staff deserve the best learning environments.
The $3.4 million no-tax increase bond would allow for renovations at Fayette schools including, without limitation:
• New roofs for the high school and ag buildings
• Air quality improvements through heating and air conditioning upgrades at the high school
• Safety and security improvements through exterior door and window replacements
• Exterior brick wall repairs
• Asbestos abatement, as needed at the middle school and ag buildings
With your “Yes” vote, Fayette Public Schools will continue to provide adequate space, safety and infrastructure for our students and staff, now and in the future. Please join us in voting “Yes” on April 4th.
