Glasgow High School senior Brooklynn Morris signed her national letter of intent to play softball next season at Moberly Area Community College.
Morris had an outstanding high school career, highlighted by 482 strikeouts as a four-year starting pitcher. She led the Lady Yellowjackets to a 19-6 record as a senior.
Morris was a team captain for three years and was twice named First Team All-Conference, All-District four times, and was a two-time All-Region selection. In addition, Morris was a varsity letter winner all four years.
Brooklynn not only excelled on the field but also in the classroom, where she was named Academic All-State for four years and a member of the KMZU Academic Dream Team in 2025.
The MACC Lady Greyhounds have had a slow start to the season, going 3-11 since winning their opener on Feb. 13.
