Together they had six children and enjoyed over 56 years of marriage.

Bunk retired at the age of 75 after spending 58 years on the road. He was a member of the Glasgow United Methodist Church. Bunk loved his life as a trucker, husband, father, and grandfather and enjoyed a good western. At the age of 85 he made his pilgrimage towards God’s army.
