High school students interested in majoring in marine biology at Central Methodist University are invited to register now for Marine Biology Day on campus Saturday, March 29.
One of Central’s most unique programs, the marine biology major prepares students for successful and exciting careers while they learn about life sciences and explore the marine world, both in the classroom and during hands-on ocean experiences.
On Marine Biology Day, visitors will have the opportunity to take part in an introduction to the SCUBA course, sit in on and participate in a lab session, and ask questions at a panel discussion with current marine biology students. They may also take a shortened, guided tour of the historic Fayette campus.
To register for the event, visit go.centralmethodist.edu/mbd/inquiryform.
For more information on the marine biology program, contact the Office of Admissions at 660-248-6251 or admissions@centralmethodist.edu.
