Mildred Becker, of Boonville, formerly of Armstrong, passed away December 31, 2021, at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. She was 83 years old.

Mildred Becker was born March 8, 1938, in Versailles, a daughter of Ellis and Grace Spencer. She married Billie Becker on January 26, 1973. Mildred worked at the Senior Center in Fayette and was a home health worker in the Howard County area. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Franklin. She was an avid hunter, and loved to fish. Her favorite pastime was deer hunting with her husband Bill.

Survivors include two daughters, Jerri Wilson of Clarksburg, and Rebecca (Virgil) King of Glasgow; two sisters, Ruby Sabel of Jamestown, and Helen Upton of Eldon; and one brother, Jim Spencer of Springfield. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, Amanda Hubbard, Katrina Leasure, Cassandra Lewis, Adam Hubbard, Joshua Hubbard, Matthew Brucks, Marcus Brucks, Morgan Brucks, Tonia Evans, T.J. Wixom, and Brent Beechamp; and 17 great-grandchildren, Corrie Lynn Evans, Eben Lewis, Carlee Lewis, Cheyenne Leasure, Madeline Dittmar, Alaina Dittmar, Issac Dittmar, Neil Hubbard, Alder Hubbard, Leo Hubbard, Leah Hubbard, Ella Brucks, Sophia Brucks, Olivia Brucks, Alexandria Brucks, Charles Brucks, and Terry Wixom.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Becker; three daughters, Billie Jo in infancy, and Jo Brucks and Rita Boatner; and by a granddaughter, Dawn Nowack.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Markland-Yager Funeral Home in New Franklin. Burial will follow at Clarks Chapel Cemetery.
