The Fayette Optimist Club will hosts its 17th annual Fall BBQ on October 17. Proceeds from this year’s event will go to Will Beaman, a Fayette High School senior who is currently battling leukemia.
The BBQ kicks off at 10:30am at the C&R Grocery parking lot. On the menu will be pork steaks with potato salad and baked beans, all for $10. The food typically sells out before noon, so diners are encouraged to arrive early.
