Howard County Sheriff’s deputies responded to shots-fired calls in Armstrong the day after Christmas, but were unable to locate the source of the shots.
Calls came in shortly after 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 26. Three law enforcement vehicles were seen speeding toward Armstrong in response.
Howard County Sheriff Jeff Oswald said that his deputies responded to the calls and investigated the area, but ultimately were unable to locate the source of the alleged shots, nor any injuries or damage. Likewise, nothing further was reported in the days following.
