CROWNED KING AND QUEEN of the 2024 Fayette High School Courtwarming Friday night were senior basketball players Tristan Swanson and Kay Sullivan. The coronation took place during halftime of the boys’ game.
Courtwarming was originally scheduled for Jan. 12, but severe winter weather postponed the annual event until Feb. 9.
Fayette swept longtime conference rival Marceline in three games on the basketball court. See Sports pages for game stories.
