The Fayette Advertiser office will close at noon on Tuesday, July 21, and remain closed all week. We will open at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 27, with regular hours. This allows the two-person newspaper staff a few days of simultaneous vacation without interruption in our publication schedule.
The Advertiser will publish all month long without hiatus but will close for the week after the July 22 edition goes to press. Telephone messages will be reviewed upon our return to the office on July 27. Email will continue to be monitored for emergencies only, allowing us to enjoy some much-needed family time before a busy August begins with the Fayette Festival of the Arts on Aug. 1, the Primary Election on Aug. 4, and the start of school and fall sports. Breaking news will continue to be published on our website, fayettenewspapers.com.
