Kevin, Karlin Yaeger honored for careers in animal health

Karlin and Kevin Yaeger, both Fayette natives, were honored as the 2026 Alumni of the Year by their University of Missouri fraternity, Alpha Gamma Rho-Theta Chapter. The national social and professional fraternity focuses on agriculture, natural resources, and related fields.

Karlin and Kevin both have had distinguished careers in the field of animal health. Karlin, a 1989 initiate, is Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Addison Biological Laboratory in Fayette. Kevin had a distinguished 35-year career in animal health with companies such as Upjohn, Pfizer, and Zoetis. Now retired, he enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

At the fraternity’s Founder’s Day this previous weekend, Karlin and Kevin were presented with the 2026 Alumni of the Year Award. During the awards presentations, fellow fraternity alumni Alan Masters (1980) and Stephen Reid (1981) introduced Kevin, touching on how dedicated he is to his family, faith, and fraternity. Cord Harper (1989) and Tony Robertson (1989) introduced Karlin. “Karlin is always there for a brother in need. He has been instrumental in organizing the annual AGR alumni fishing trip for many years and exhibits amazing hospitality in welcoming brothers to his football game tailgates. Karlin has been an ideal model of brotherhood—not only while he was an undergraduate but for decades as an alum,” said Harper.
